Joe Sillay brought 10 years of experience in the financial services industry when he joined Federal National in 1993. Sillay’s previous experience includes systems design and installation with Arthur Andersen & Company and management of operating divisions at Bankers Trust Company. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is active with the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Risk Management Association and the American Cancer Society.
