Federal National’s slogan, “Service, Value, Trust” summarizes its approach to doing business. In an industry not known for these qualities, Federal National is known for it’s professionally delivered, reliable and reasonably priced financing, fairness and strong ethical conduct.

The non-bank finance industry is unregulated which brings some good and some bad. Being unregulated means finance companies are able to fund more flexibly and agressively and are less subject to swings in policy due to regulatory/economic contraction. However, the absence of regulation also means price, service, responsiveness, reporting quality and reliability can vary widely and agreements can be deceptive or even predatory.
