Mills has joined Bethesda, MD based Federal National Payables, Inc. as Senior Business Development Officer to help Federal National reach and better serve clients, prospects and referral sources in Federal National's core, Metropolitan Washington DC, market. Mills has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry providing financing to small businesses.
