Federal National Payables Hires Executive Vice President, Senior Business Development OfficerBethesda, MD. Amy J. Horn has joined Bethesda, MD based Federal National Payables, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Sr. Business Development Officer to strengthen the company’s presence in Metropolitan Washington, DC. Horn has ten years experience in the financial services industry, most recently as Vice President and Director of Marketing at Action Capital Corporation. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for the National Capital Minority Business Opportunity Committee of MBDA and as a Board Member for the Community Business Partnership of Fairfax County (CBP).
