Federal National Payables Hires Senior Vice President, Region ManagerBethesda, MD. Barry D. Yelton has joined Bethesda, MD based Federal National Payables, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Region Manager to expand the company's presence in the Southeast Region. Yelton has thirty-five years experience, most recently at Sovereign Business Capital. Yelton is co-founder, current Executive Vice President, and Director of the National Funding Association, and founder and first President of the Carolinas Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association. He has written numerous articles for industry trade magazines.
