All of the financing we provide to our clients is delivered by us from our own significant capital resources and a large, institutional line of credit. All of our client facilities are maintained by us on our own books and never sold to investors or other lending institutions. And Federal National is entirely owned by its experienced management team.

Operating in this way, we have complete control over the consistency and quality of the services we offer and are able to offer superior price/value by avoiding markups to support middlemen and outside investors.
