Kwesi O. Rogers, President

Kwesi Rogers joined Federal National as Sales Director when it
opened its doors in 1992. In January of 2006, Mr. Rogers was
promoted to the position of President. Mr. Rogers holds a BA from
the University of the District of Columbia and an MBA from George
Mason University. He is an owner and a Director of Federal National.

Joseph D. Sillay, Managing Director

Joe Sillay brought 10 years of experience in the financial
services industry when he joined Federal National in 1993. Mr.
Sillay’s previous experience includes systems design and
installation with Arthur Andersen & Company, and management
of operating divisions at Bankers Trust Company processing
billions of dollars in customer transactions daily.

James G. Hendrickson, Chief Financial Officer

Jim Hendrickson has more than 30 years experience in account-
ing and financial management. He joined Federal National in
1992 with a background of real estate finance and public
accounting. Mr. Hendrickson, a C.P.A., helps to maintain a
culture of discipline and fiduciary responsibility that keeps
clients’ funds secure and payments reliable.

Judith A. Shaw, Vice President Operations & Systems

Judith Shaw was retained by Federal National in 1992 as a systems
consultant through her own computer consulting firm. Ms. Shaw’s
development of Federal National’s systems architecture and
proprietary software led to her full-time employment with Federal
National in 1995. Ms. Shaw’s background includes systems,
database and network consulting, operations management, and
extensive teaching engagements. She holds an MBA, and bachelors
degrees in computer science and education.

John R. Petty, Chairman

John Petty is the founder and chairman of Federal National Payables
Inc. Previously, Mr. Petty served as the Chairman of Marine
Midland Bank, a Partner of Lehman Brothers, and as Assistant
Secretary of the U.S. Treasury. For Federal National, Mr. Petty’s
vision is to establish reliable access to capital and professional
services in small-business finance.
