Barry D. Yelton, Senior Vice President, Region Manager

Barry D. Yelton, a thirty-five year veteran of the asset-based
lending and factoring industries, is Senior Vice President, Region
Manager. Previously he served as national business development
manager with two asset based lending companies, and regional
manager for two large banks. He is co-founder and Vice Chairman of
the National Funding Association and founder and first President
of the Carolinas Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association.
Barry’s extensive lending experience makes him a go to person for
creative approaches to funding growth companies.

Amy J. Horn, Executive Vice President,
Senior Business Development Officer

At Federal National, Ms. Horn is responsible for marketing the
company’s contract financing program to small, minority, women, and
veteran owned businesses. Ms. Horn has worked with government
contractors for over ten years. She is on the board of directors
of the Community Business Partnership of Fairfax County and is an
advisory board member of MBDA’s National Capital Business
Opportunity Committee. She is also Chair of the Business of
Government Roundtable of the Wharton Club of DC. Ms. Horn received
a BA cum laude in Economics and will receive an MBA in 2011.
